高效液相色谱法检测玉米粉中黄曲霉毒素B1的关键控制点及其对检测结果的影响研究

摘要:为提高检验人员的检测能力,强化实验室外部质量控制。依据《食品安全国家标准食品中黄曲霉毒素B族和G族的测定》(GB 5009.22—2016)第三法对2个玉米粉质控样品开展检测。通过对试验过程考察发现:使用不同的标准品校准结果不同;不同称样量对结果影响较小,建议称取5g样品进行检测;前处理提取试剂推荐使用乙腈-水溶液(84+16,v/v);在移取液体时,移液管的相对标准偏差(RSD)更小;免去氮吹不仅节省了时间,还保证了结果的精密度。通过对试验过程中关键控制点的总结分析,为检测玉米粉中黄曲霉毒素B1时样品前处理方法的选择提供借鉴。

Research on the Critical Control Point of Determination of Aflatoxin B1 in Corn Meal by High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Its Influence on the Detection Results

Abstract: In order to improve the detection ability of inspectors and strengthen the external quality control of the laboratory. According to the third method of “Determination of Aflatoxins B and G Groups in Food under the National Standard for Food Safety” (GB 5009.22—2016), the laboratory conducted detection on 2 quality control samples of corn meal. Through investigation of the experimental process, it was found that different standard samples had different calibration results;different weighing samples had little effect on the results, but it was still recommended to weigh 5 g of sample for the test; acetonitrile-water (84+16, v/v) solution was recommended as the extraction reagent for pre-treatment. When transferring liquid, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the graduated pipette was smaller; Eliminating nitrogen blowing not only saved time, but also ensured the precision of the result. By summarizing and analyzing the key points of the test process, this study can provide reference for the selection of sample pretreatment methods when detecting aflatoxin B1 in corn meal.
